烹煮方法
第1天: 生化汤 - 需用煤气炉清煲方式, 以3碗水清煲剩1碗水. 其余第2-28天的调补药膳汤包, 可用煲/炖方法, 清炖/加肉既可。

These three types of editions are compatible with the same grade of Chinese herbal medicine.
Gold Edition is add on high quality Korean Ginseng(day3/10/17/24) and cordycepts(day6/13/20/27) into 8 packs of herbal soup.
Korean Ginseng and Cordyceps have the function of regulating qi and blood and also strengthen kidney and waist which suitable for mummy who is weak.
Cooking Method
Day1生化汤 - By Gas Cooker : Use 3 bowls of water to boil until 1 bowl of water is left
Day 2-28 Confinement Herbs can use gas or slow cooker and can boil with or without meat
