本行坐月进补廿八方药膳是根据中医理论 [一排 二调 三补的方式] 来为产后妈咪进行调理。适合所有自然产/剖腹产和喂母乳的妈咪服用。
素食精选装只包含了中草药药材，不含动物成份。也包含了从第一天到第廿八天的坐月子调补药膳汤包。
药膳都是用相同等级的中药材配伍。
烹煮方法
第1天: 生化汤 - 需用煤气炉煲方式，以3碗水清煲剩1碗水。 其余第2-28天的调补药膳汤包， 可用煲/炖方法。

This product is suitable for mothers with both cesarean and natural birth, as well as breastfeeding.
The Vegetarian Edition has adopted the pure and precious Chinese herbal medicine which does not include animal element.
Vegetarian Edition contains 28 packs of herbal soup for daily consumption from Day 1 to Day 28.
These three types of editions are compatible with the same grade of Chineseherbal medicine.

Day1生化汤 - By Gas Cooker : Use 3 bowls of water to boil until 1 bowl of water is left
Day 2-28 Confinement Herbs can use gas or slow cooker
